Canopy polish
Here is a product which I have recently used on a jet canopy with good results, it's a dedicated plastic polish designed to renovate and clean the 'plastic' windows found on many classic convertible motor cars.
Works wonders on canopies;) [link]http://www.renovointernational.com/products/products.html[/link] marc |
RE: Canopy polish
For us Norte Americano types, most FBO's (and plastics supply houses) carry Meguire's plastic cleaner and polish (2 separate products), works great on our thin/soft model canopies. Also polishes up Ultrakote/Monokote like a champ. ;) Also works well on oxidized plastic light lenses (tail lights, etc) on cars.

RE: Canopy polish
Not sure what it "really" is, but you can also use Honda Clean for plastics. Comes in a spray can and runs about $4-5 a can at a Honda motorcycle dealer. It's designed for use on motorcycles, ATV plastics, helmets, etc. It's not a wax, and the stuff works awesome. I usually buy it by the case from a buddy who owns a Honda/Kawasaki dealer, I think it's 12 cans to a case.
