Shielding electrical 'noise'

I am undertaking the main equipment instal in a jet and have some space between the turbine ECU & two pumps to instal a device to 'shield' the RX which is a Weatronics.

Currently the Wea is around 6" from the pump, which is the closest device.

Would a simple 'screen' positioned inbetween the Wea and pump provide any potection or is there a more scientific option?

Any help appreciated.

RE: Shielding electrical 'noise'

The wires in your install are your worst enemy in most cases. A shield without a reference ground is not very useful. Keep your turbine stuff on one side and the radio on the other if at all possible...
