Just a complement to Jeff at Skymaster USA AND Skymaster!
 

Guys, I would just like to say that Skymaster USA really went out of their way to help me get my 1/6th F-16 ready for the MSAB rally. They have a brand new (taken out of one of their complete kits) Stab and Rudder and decal set comming to me. It should hit my door next week. Wow, was I impressed with this service. To boot, they are not charging me at all for the stab, rudder and decal set even though most likely it was my fault that the rudder wasn''t completely seated. This is what I call EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

I will be seriously looking at Skymaster for my F4 when I am ready. Super Job Jeff and THANK YOU!!!! You guys are the best! You guys at Skymaster in Asia - Thank you very much for going out of your way to help me get this jet flying before the rally. Super service from a company dedicated to serving the USA market.

Jeff and Jason at RCI bend over backwards to help their customers to the best of their abilities. You will love the Skymaster F-4 when you decide to get one Andy, they fly great!!!

Just had a conversation w/ Jeff; Jason followed up w/ an e-mail. My hat''s off to them and SM!

I had a problem w/ my Gripen, e-mailed RC International, call came a day later offering resolution. World of difference from dealing w/ SM a year ago! Tx, boys!

Hey all,

My parts came in today. SUPER JOB!! Not only did Skymaster graciously send me the parts at NO CHARGE, they also included new hinges, new carbon fiber rods, a decal set and a new drive shaft for the rudder. This is excellent service unmatched by others.

Hey Jeff, George and Jason,
The guys SILL are giving me a hard time when I wear my "Skymaster" hat you gave me when I go to the field...they say, "How much did you have to spend to get that?" I tell them, " I have never had to pay for a jet from you guys yet...I chose to buy the expensive boxes they come in on own free will!"

I have three SM jets and they ARE the best IMO.
