RE: Addicted to flying jets??

Every time I try to get away from the hobby or turbines in general, I end up at the field with my friends Carlos or Jake. Before I know it I get a wiff of kero and some stick time and I'm back in it again.

To quote the Godfather..... "Just when you think you're out, they pull me back in!" :D

Brg,
Mark

ps- My wife doesn't get it either, but has just learned to accept it (and she knows what this stuff costs too [X(] Hmmm, I wonder why she has so much jewelry???).

It could be worse, you guys could be going to bars, taverns, etc all the time, instead you chose to fly model planes.

My wife enjoys it too!

Comes with me to almost all the jet rallies. Ten scheduled for this summer, she'll be at nine of them. Gave me a Skymaster F5 for my 50th BDay. Can't do much better than that!

For all of you with wives and girlfriends who actually promte this jet stuff, I only have one thing to say.

And I can't say it here. Translation - 'I am jealous' - four letter words taken out for family content :D

Nope. And after 27 years, I think I'd have noticed.

Besides, inflatables never buy you anything. (Then again, they never yell at you either.)

Here she is (in the middle,) keeping cool at last years Liberty Bell Jets. A charter member of the "Jet Pit Chicks".

It's OK if you are planning on keeping the girlfriend for longer than you are planning on keeping the plane. However, just in case it works out the other way around, don't clear coat over the letters.
