IF you have lived under a rock for the last two years and never ventured onto RCU or any other jet related site I guess you would have no clue as to who has a web site or not. I guess no company is allowed to update there web site in your book or have server problems?

I guess what i am trying to say is, If someone has no clue they should not be allowed to complain.

I the one who *****ed that Jet Central added all of their new turbines to the site. A 2 year old site is almost worthless.

If one is going to ad 3D, then have the site up and running, especially if there are new items, as doom stated. Or, if a company is updating, or server down, then put that in the banner so we won't waste our time and know to check back, such an easy thing to do.It also makes one wonder about the service one might receive. "Oh, I'm sorry, our phones and web site is out of order, we don't have customer service until fixed! You will have to wait!" Not me, I'll go somewhere that is open for business now!

Talking about poor customer service and Jet Central in the same sentence is like talking about Barack Obama and low taxes in the same sentence[:@]. Eric goes above and beyond to keep customers 100% satisfied. I have never received the level of customer service that I've received from Eric. There's no doubt in my mind that my next turbine purchase will be another Jet Central.

Looks like "trolling" to me. He has great service from Jet Cat and then posts here to bad mouth Jet Central.

Yeah........and I was totally being smarta$5 about the jetcat website!!!!! They are famous for never updating their site and then Jet Central is down for a VERY SHORT period and it is a bad ad???? Come on!

Nah ... a temporarily missing website isn't really a bad ad... if you really want to see a bad ad see if you can find a copy of the old Artes banner ad from when Piggy was Mr. Artes USA. A single banner ad containing only about 15 words in total had something like 6 spelling mistakes - including his inability to even spell the produkt naim ('Eagle') korrectly.
