li-ion cycleing

seems my rx packs are not taking a full charge the triton allows you to discarge them then charge it up again. Does this help any. What do you discharge 7.4 to. Is it 3.0 or 6.0. Those are the options from the triton

RE: li-ion cycleing

I've heard dont go below 3.0 per cell. No need to cycle Li batteries.

Jetspud,
It might be advantagous for you to read the treatise on lithium-ion battery charging and discharging on the following site:
www.batteryuniversity.com/partone-12.htm

I found it just by googling "lithium ion battery charging".

Never allow a li-ion battery to go below 2.7 volts, or it will not accept another charge. Li-ion batteries do not require cycling.

Read the "Hints to long battery life" in this article.
