That's a great model, looks like LOTS of fun! This is the sort of airplane that could really draw me away from helicopters... Have you ever tried doing that tight-loop maneuver while knife-edge? :)

i have a plan to tried doing that tight-loop maneuver while knife-edge and to test solutions to do cobra next week.because i want to fixed su-47 thrust vectoring 2d

if i try to fly is succeed .i will to show in RCU.but i feel to lack confidence.maybe need 4D thrust vectoring for that tight-loop maneuver while knife-edge.

You have got to put a turbine in it though!
The engine sound spoils the overall impression on what is a really exciting jet. Plus it will be easier to do nose high harrier landings because you don't have a prop at the back to smash.
I want one of these!(or maybe a eurofighter)

i thinks if use to the turbine try is to danger and expensve......if fall to carsh

i will build 2.3 meter the boeing<bird of prey> next to challeneg
first try will use YS 60 engine push propeller.if succeed.i will got to put a turbine now.

if you want a new su-47 i can give you .
but no idea freight transport for you.

SU-47 is myself design and build .

I have design and build DF SU-47 [170cm.5500g] in 1999.

She is good plane because take off or landing like the docile small cat.

But she cannot show like the video special effects.

I think she is so heavy[5500g] and no enought power push[DF-0S-91].

So i am design and build SU-47[170cm .3150g] again .

She has function just as expected is very good .

I hope you can like her.

I designed a prop. powered model of the S.37 Berkut about 4 years ago, great flyer too.
Was kitted for a while, but out of production now.
