Tx dilemma

I currently use a JR8103 8ch 2.4 tx. I want to upgrade to either a 9303 or 10x 2.4. What is the major difference between the 9303 and 10x other than the obvious single channel?

I am looking for input-would I be better off getting a used 10x and 2.4 module or a used 9303 and a 2.4 module?

Thanks in advance,

Kev

the switch spacing is more to my liking on my 10x (the 8103 is narrower then the 10x but not as bad as the 9303), i also prefer the touch screen to the dial knob, this is one thing that keeps me with my 10x over the 12x.

Does a 10x offer better programming flexibility over the 9303? I cant wait to have sliders for brakes. Im thinking that I would get more for less with a 10x and a module-

it's roughly the same programming but the touch screen makes it much quicker with no dial spinning button pushing. also in jets you'll find that the extra chan comes in very handy.

10X with a 2.4 module or 9303 you will only have 9 channels period. Having used 8103, 10X (s,sx,sxII) 9303, and 12X I have to say while I liked the 10X touch screen I don't miss it. I can setup an airplane just as fast with the roller system of the 12X/9303. I also had problems with several touch screens. 9303 programming is very good as well. I personally was glad to get away from the 2.4 module because of the flimsy wire going to the antenna. As already mentioned the progamming is essentially the same.

I sold my 10X and bought a 9303 dedicated 2.4 system. I like the model match that will not lot you launch on the wrong model memory. Programming is just as easy as the 10X, just a little different. So far very happy with the 9303, and it comes with a much better transmitter battery. Bob

I prefer the x9303 to the 10x...I find it much easier to program.. The 12x is even better, but it is twice the price....

Yeah, Im leaning toward the 9303. Might sound trivial, but I dont like the antenna wire thingamabob if I went with the module and 10x.

Thanks Wayne

I don't know about US prices but in Oz you get 90% of the 10X for 40% of the price. Made my decision easy. - John.

Not really sure but I think the 9303 has 8 proportional channels + 1 switch channel. If you use 10X, you will have full 9chs.

Cheers

the 10x has Aux 4 and Aux 5 at 1/2 sampling rate but all are fully proportional.

Decided to buy a new 9303 2.4 and 921 rx package. The set arrives tomorrow.
Thanks to all for your input
