The Jet Show Chronicles
 

Well folks, after finally finding the powercord to my old laptop today in a box in the attic, and having a bunch of you guys just recently ask me for a copy of the jet show chronicles and X file interrogations from Fresno Jets. I've decided to load them up on Youtube so everybody can enjoy the fun.

Here's the set up, A little over five years ago, J and I flew out to California to attend Fresno Jets. I had purchased a Viperjet from Tam and had him build it, and Johnny was taking receipt of his brand new Mirage built by Dave Fusinato.
This was my first time meeting Jimmy,Dave and Tam and we all were excited to be going to Fresno Jets for a weekend of fun. We left with a whole trailer full of jets and literally crashed or broke everything and brought back carnage.

Nonetheless, we made the best of a bad couple days and decided to bug out early on Sunday morning. Now the show was great, our luck, not so much. Tam had to leave early so J, Dave, Jimmy and I decided to go out on Saturday night and hangout at a restaurant and have fun. Well somewhere in the course of the night a girl named Rose and her friends came and sat at a table next to us. We all sat and laughed for a bit, then it was time to head back to the hotel, it was pretty boring so Dave and Jimmy were hanging out watching television and I went to get something to eat late at Denny's.

J on the other hand, was strolling around the hotel and ended up coming into the room in the wee hours of the morning with his socks on, but no shoes. Well J gave us a little story as to where he was and why he did'nt have any shoes, and said he did'nt get much sleep so not to bother him. So the next morning as we drove back up to San Jose (like 4 hours or so), and had to stop off to fill the truck up, Dave, Jimmy and I had a chance to compare stories while J was out in the truck sleep. Something smelled "fishy" therefore, we decided to keep J from being able to sleep as payback for lying on his....well, you know.

Thanks for posting bro, those have to be the most classic jet moments of all time and I will watch them over and over again. My wife just walked by and said "Yeah, I remember that one"! "Poor Johnny". If it wasn't for you B, I know for a fact we wouldn't of had so much fun.

Thanks Dave, but I can't take the credit for I know for sure that if it were'nt for Johnny I probably would'nt know any of you guys. Ever since he first came to my house and literally dragged me out to Florida Jets, it's been a ride that I owe mostly to him, for he knows that most of the shows I went to, I would not have gone if it were'nt for him staying on me to go. I have to admit.......IT WAS ALL WORTH IT. Thanks Johnny. I've made countless friends all over the world because of this hobby and RCU that I would not have made otherwise. J has got the biggest heart of just about anyone I know and those of us that know him know what I'm talking about. I look at it this way Dave, if it were'nt for J these vids would'nt be nearly as entertaining because the funny thing is, none of this was scripted or rehearsed, its just J.

Glad to know everybody out there because of this hobby and my friend Johnny.

Life is about what we have here, family, friends and memories, we just have to take the steps such as J did with me to try to bring it all together.

Enjoy the show's everybody, get out the house and post those pics and vids, as J always likes to say to me, "let's see what you got!"

yeah bro, Johnny's a blast.... remember what me and Jimmy did to his pack of cig's at Florida Jets? OOOh man, I have the pictures...but I don't think RCU would keep them up very long. I too have made some incredible friends from this hobby, you and J are at the top of the list. We got a great crew out here in Cali that I am honored to be a part of, if you were at the Willow last weekend with us...I'm sure some more videos/history would be made.
I talked to Johnny a few day's ago, its been too long so I called him. Now he's telling me that he's into motorcycle riding? Going on long trips with his bike?? ***!!! Well, were gonna miss him but it sounds like he's having a good time.

:)man, you guys can afford $$$$$ jets but not a room?? Theres no way in hell I would bunk in one small room with 5 dudes. You guys have got to be out of your minds.

sheesh whats a room like 60 bucks per night? hell share one with one guy and make it $30. I'm all for comradery lol but that is a little extreme and a little cough!gay! ahahha.;)


The shaving creme was pretty funny though lol.

Well that was back in the day where we were all going and only one person made a room reservation. Seeing that Tam was in charge of the rooms he figured that 8 of him can fit in one hotel room, so it would be no problem for the 5 of us. :eek:
Don't worry, that was the last time any of us got cheap when it comes to getting a room.....hell, we even upgrade to suites now.

I just watched the videos ... OMG! sooo funny.. I think my favorite is the cell phone clipped to the back of the shirt. Notice how the cell phone itself tells you this was 5 years ago.
