Hi Guys
Well there has been some coments about the StringRay needs extra runway for take off's. I added a set of Canards and It will get off in less then 300 feet everytime. Good Flying !! :D

Ok Last picture. I have several canards if some one needs one.
I just have two sets.I do not MFG. them I bought several sets.

Hello.

My Stingray takes off from grass in less than 200 feet. Look at http://www.AviatorsModelflyvere.dk/Stingray.avi

I don't understand that some people have trouble with take offs. What seems to be the problem with your Stingrays.

Appart from that it looks very nice with the canards. How are the landings with the canards?

Great video, got any more? (flybys / landing?) Yours takes off at a far slower speed than I expected to see.

I don't think Dean W mentioned anything about Stratotanker's stingray needing an excessive amount of runway... Paul, what's your incidence at the root when sitting on the wheels? I'm setting mine at +2 deg and aiming the CG for bang on the manual's spec with UAT full and tanks empty.
