Chalgrove March Jet Fest
 

Great day at Chalgrove, lots of flying in mixed light, sunny-overcast.

Couple of new models, I had the pleasure of test flying Frank Dicarlo's BC composite and photo'd him after his turn. Always enjoyable testing well put together models that have no issues other than a couple of peeps of trim! Wren SS powered. JR DSX 12

Sparks were out again (now it's warming!) plus lots of Flashes, My painted BC Comp, RW Blue/red/White BC C, Steve E's B ARF, More flights on Richard Johnson's Vampire, I've now got it dialed in nicely.

Plenty of flying before heading to FJ on Wednesday.

Have to take a slap on the wrist this month Dave...weather was perfect at Wroughton yesterday and we had a full day's flying...so much so we forgot to place a bet!

Was a good day, just back from Dinner with the family and reflecting on the flying-found out why the P-38 Lightning stopped the throttle servo plate is loose now! Landed just in time I guess!

Love the Bobcat pics! . . quite inspiring! what a great site to fly from! waiting for a few bits to dry on an Electra i am working on, so i thought i would do a couple of jobs on my Bobcat while i was waiting. I want to test fly it before the JMA meet so i can fly it there, i do not fancy a test flight in front of the assembled masses!
