The Journey begins from Vegas to Bakersfield and California Jets at the Willow 2009.
A Beautiful shot just outside of Bakersfield. As I was moving along I realized that Button Willow is in the middle of nowhere. The further into the country I traveled it seemed as if time stood still. |

This was a first class event and I tried to cover every angle for those that could not make it.

Thomas Singer arrived from Germany and really put on a show with the Hawk and the EuroFighter.

The spectators came in for the noon time line up, they got up close and personal with the aircraft.

The flight line was busy all day and a hats off to those that flew on Friday with the winds.

Chad and Alan Szabo made the trip from Vegas. This was definately the smallest turbine powered aircraft at
the Willow. |

Ali was available to fly just about everything out there including the Electric A-10.

The pilots briefing covered the safety expectations and rules. The start up area was equipped with thrust deflectors,
a very good idea. |

Some rarely seen models. A Shalish Patel F-86 a red electric Vector.
The F-84 The T-38 and the F-5 along with the single turbine powered Su-27. All I can say is WoW! Shalish Patel brought a Yellow Aircraft F-14 kit too sell. |
