Altecare Engine Test Stand

Just purchased one of these and I'm looking for some ideas from those of you using it for ideas how to set it up and anchor it.

I am assisting a group that has one of these test stands...it is mounted on a stainless steel cart...looks like something you might find in a restaurant.......
