I'm opening a new thread as this recognition needs to be separate from all of the other arguing in the "other" thread....

I'm pleased to say that Fei Bao has stood behind their products and shipped me the F-5 cockpit and ordinance as promised. This was part of a deal to reimburse me for having to buy paint to repaint areas of my F-5 that were not up to par...

Additionally, I would like to mention that my plane was built very well...Just the paint job suffered from a lack of QC...

I'm pleased that Fei Bao has stepped up their customer service so if you have had reservations about purchasing from Fei Bao there is no need to feel insecure about your purchase....Mike at Global Jet Club and Catherine at Fei Bao will ensure that your needs are taken care of!!!

Glad to hear that you got it resolved.

Pity that you and others had to fight so hard to get what should have been taken care of by the company, it's distributor/dealer and/or their rep's. Sometimes I wonder why dealers are getting a cut, and why rep's are getting discounted product, if they're not stepping up to take care of issues for the customer.

I believe that the Fei Bao reps (former???) were all associated/setup with/by the former USA distributor...When the former USA distributor stopped handling Fei Bao in a sense the reps were cut off too...

It took a long time to get my deal resolved due to miscommunication/non-communication...Fei Bao was notified of my deal on 6/2/09 but there wasn't any follow up by the USA distributor to get it resolved...Catherine acknowleged that she received the info about my jet on 6/2/09 but was waiting on the USA distributor for more info/instructions...I don't blame Fei Bao at all!!!

Mike at Global Jet Club has got his act together and I'm looking forward to doing business with him and Fei Bao...

Wow Kevin, i've been following the other thread and saw all you had to do to get to this point, i do have a feibao kit however am now a little reserved about building/purchasing anymore feibao products mainly because I, unlike you, don't have the patience to deal with in my opinion, inferior customer service, did they really have to keep bouncing you back and forth or could they have made it right from the beginning and taken care of it?. Glad you finally got it resolved but all this nonsense has left me thinking, no thanks...if i see my neighbor walk through broken glass, i see it and do the same it'll be my fault i got cut.

Hi Tam,

You are right, she looks like one of them. I just met her yesterday. She said I am a big American, but then she said you got a nicer package. All the girls at KTV miss you too. Now I know why anything happens in China stays in China. :D
