Hi, all
here are pictures for new color scheme of T-33./.;) Best Regards Anton |
RE: Skymaster T33B Test Flight Complete
the dry weight of this T-33 now is 11.7kg (25.7lbs) without the tailpipe, fuel tanks and cockpit, but the scale L/G with gear doors are installed.,
when istall the turbine with RC system, that i think should be 16-17kg (36lbs to 37.5lbs) dry weight ,.............;) |

One of these is in my future...but I'm going to let someone else work out all the bugs first. A 30# motor should fly it very scale like.

RE: Skymaster T33B Test Flight Complete
Yeah...but a Mamouth would fly it "more better"! LOL!

RE: Skymaster T33B Test Flight Complete
A Mammoth would be way over powered. A real T 33 weighed 16000 with 4000 lbs thrust.

What was the dry weight of your test plane (everything but fuel) and did you need to add nose weight to balance? If so how much? TX K.O. |
RE: Skymaster T33B Test Flight Complete
Mine is flying at 18 KG and thats Dry weight. With 450 g of lead added to the removable nose section.
Hope this helps? Regards Al |

Ali,
Can you elaborate a little regarding your T-33. I have not seen very much being reported on this. Thank you Jan |
RE: Skymaster T33B Test Flight Complete
Hi Jan,
I do start a thread a week or so ago on my T-33. But I cant seem to find it at the moment. I was sure the title was something like Skymaster T-33 first flights... I will look later. If you have any specific questions then feel free to ask. Regards Al |

Ali,
Thanks mate that will be good - I missed it. Interested in getting one, but would like to see how the user R&D goes first - if you catch my drift. Cheers Jan |
