Stabilator Control/mounting preferences.
 
So while working on my 1/7 F-14 project, i have come to the time to start designing the stab control mechanisms.

So what does everyone prefer for their stab control mechanisms.. The Jet legend/Skymaster/Feibao/FEJ aluminum system such as shown below?

Or a set of Bearings pressed onto a control arm and then the bearings/control arm mounted into a plywood "box" that is tabbed between a pair of bulkheads and hysol'd and glassed in place... Like so:
