I think I read not to use servo reverse on one servo when using 2 servos on a y on 2.4 what about match box or smart fly equalizer2

That is not an issue. I have done that on alot of my planes using the matchbox or EQ6/10 on 2.4

Thanks just bought a dv8r and its calling for a channel for each surface and i'am just using a 9303

I won't use a reversing Y connector simply because they're junk, but a Matchbox is fine. Use them in my Kingcat and Raptor.
