Jet Tronics Valves advice please

Hi,

First post, I do usually find all my answers by searching but can't seem to answer this one, so sorry if its real stupid.

Ok so I'm building a Boomerang Nano and I have Jet Tronics valves for the brakes and retracts, on the valves there is an in and an out port, my question is what does everyone do with the out port? I'm assuming this is where the air is realeased when the brakes come off or the gear goes between up and down. Do you all just leave it as it is where ever the valve is mounted or do you pipe the air away somewhere. The retract valve is quite close to the side of the plane and I have visions (Stupid ones Iguess) of the exhaust air blowing through the side of the plane.

Thank you.</p>

No problem, just leave it, does not put much air out when it cycles,

Welcome to the forum!

Gary.

You can even restrict the exhaust to slow down retracting / extending the gear. No worries about the 'blow' though, it's not that much ;)
