the 'Stinger'
 

I had the pleasure of videoing the maiden flight of the 'Stinger' today.

Designed, constructed and flown by fellow club member Rich and the first flight today was the result of a long journey. Don't quite know how he managed to maintain his enthusiasm and motivation throughout the project but the result is quite awesome. This flight was on a 9S EDF system but I know he has designed this airframe for easy installation of 90mm EDF or a P20. My only contribution was to come up with the name and the maiden flight video so I'll leave Marc S and Rich to fill in the blanks...but congrats to Rich. We can't wait to see the turbine version in the air.
