I received my ofna hyper 8 (yeah) and now I'm wondering (might be a stuppid question) if I can simply flip the carb 180deg since the slider is on the other side than on the 21BB.....

Of course you can flip it.... it doesn't matter which way it faces... just as long as it is tight.... you could even have it angled if you want...
