I broke my plastic throttle pivot on my Savage (L-shaped piece near the fuel tank), Does anyone make an aluminum one?

Im trying to convert an purple aluminum ofna L shaped arm into one but if someone makes one already I would prefer to just use that!

I had the same thing happen and I posted it as a subject. No one got back to me with an alternative to the stock one either. If you find one let me know and I will do the same.

Thanks

Im working on it, but it may require a dremel

Otherwise Im hoping someone finds me a replacement already made...In teh meantime I used some JB-Quick to put my old one back together.

Your brake rod is not going to work very well like that. When you hit WOT the brakes will be on.If you move the brake slider to the underside of the servo horn you should be able to bend the brake lever to clear the new handle. It shouldn't take much to get it to work right.I don't like the way Integy designed that bar.It looks like it comes out to far and is not only causing problems with the linkage but it looks like you tuned pipe is rubbing on it also.Maybe the HCR ones would be better?I do like those chassis braces!!! You weren't kidding about the anodizing job!.I think i'm gonna have to get me a set of those!

I think I had to bend it ecause im using an aluminum servo arm, It does look a bit odd in the picture but I assure you it works fine. Nothing is rubbing and it is not rubbing my tuned pipe either.

When I am at WOT the brakes are unlocked by the bend not applied.

THe linkage was bent another way before for the old rollbar, thats why it looks a little messed up, works fine though.
