Newbie to RC Cars
Hi I recently Picked up a magazine in a supermarket Being a Redneck the thought of Putting together RC Moster truck with plety of horse power got me really interested. In Januarys Editon of R/C CAR magazine i read an article about a custom made truck was this the fram the they used? https://tp-commerce.techpro.com/rcso...pexd.asp?id=21 and will i need the engine mount kit sold speartley for the 24-7 pro engine?

it looks like it is the .25 uses the stock engine mount and yes you will need a new and bigger engine mount i have a hyper .21 in my tmaxx and i needed a new engine mount only the .25 can thake the stock one.

Here you go. The 24/7 is made by XTM. They sell their stuff through Hobby People. But you can usualy get the engine from anyplace. I got my first at my LHS.

Ah thank you ! I very much apreciate the help should have the frame in the engine withing a week, i work in the scarp yard so i have plety of test grounds!!! Expect lots of pics since i thrive on modifying things.
