Default why a monster truck?

hi, i was just wondering today, why i preffer monster trucks over stadium trucks. what is it that draws you to monster trucks instead of say, a stadium truck, cause stadium trucks are faster, lighter, so the can jump higher and longer, and will beat a monster truck in a race generally, so what is it?

i like monster trucks better because they are a lot more durable and the are 4wd so they can go through about anything. a lot more fun to bash with.

I have both. I like my stadium truck for racing and such. My T-Maxx is for you know, running over logs and curbs. So I guess I can say that I like my T-Maxx because I can have a lot of fun with it. I'm not saying that I don't have fun with my Rustler (great for jumping and racing the locals in the neighborhood), but I can just do more with my Maxx.

I used to think that Monster Trucks were stupid American things. I still think that the full sized vehicles are pretty silly! However, I think that for the non-racer, the Monster Truck has far greater fun potential.

I was gong to buy myself a Kyosho Landmax 2 Impreza which is a sort of hybrid road/rally vehicle when I started thinking about where I would be playing with my new RC vehicle. The fact is that there are far more construction sites, grassy fields and lumpy gravel pits around my house than buggy tracks or open carparks.

I figure that a CEN Genesis or Savage 25 will give me a lot more chance to enjoy my money!

Richard.

I have both type of truck, I use them per weather & ground conditions, in snow the 4x4 monster truck handles great, the stadium truck will not work in this case, the stadium truck does run faster & jump better, but the monster truck is still the better truck of the two, specially a 1/8 scale truck. the size alone is enough to put joy in your face.

I like the MT better because it is better suited to my play style. I have had smaller trucks and they get stuck more and I found that for the bashing I like to do the MT is better. It can go over a greater variety of land conditions, has better clearance. Its just better suited to my style and needs than a stadium truck. And its plenty fast for what I like to do.

I had a rc-10gt and it was hella fun but not very durable 50+mph was very fun up and down the road but when it came to bashing i was replacing parts left and right thats why i sold it and bought a Savage ohh and the Savage is BIGGER which is really cool too.
