RE: cant get flywheel off
use a vice to grab the fly wheel. use two blocks of scrap wood to go between the flywheel itself and the jaw of the vice. put it in there and crank it down for all you are worth. go untill you can hear the wood being crushed. then you will be able to get the nut off. you can also use vice-grips or locking pliers to grab the flywheel but they may damage it.

RE: cant get flywheel off
or you can use a hack sawto cut it off you could also dremel it off.
the best way to do it is like bubba and i suggested to use the vice grips. grab the flywheel w/one pair and the nut w the other pair and spin it off.

RE: cant get flywheel off
well how did you take it off? that is exactly how you put it on... only in th opposite order...
1- place collet in flywheel
2- place flywheel on crank
3- lock-tite threads
4- tighten nut

RE: cant get flywheel off
tighten the nut as much as you can. get a rag, and cover the fly wheel with it then clamp down with a vice grip. or just get a flywheel tool
