If your gone be jumping then get the savage, its much stronger than the tmaxx, plus has a bigger engine.

the t-maxx isnt a very rugged truck for off-road performance. a savage could beat a t-maxx in an off-road race. the t-maxx has more accel only because its like 1 or 2 pounds lighter.

t-maxx will break if u try to do any type of bashing unless u spend a couple hundred dollars on mods for it. get the savage...i think it is more simple anyways.

I'll be the only person to say get a t-maxx. I did have to put some cash into it but it now is very very tough. My best friend has a savage and I eat him up in the dirt and on the street.I also eat him up when it comes to wrenching because the savage is tough to work on. I'll admit that stock for stock the savage is a much tougher truck. No doubt about it but the t-maxx is definitly faster and easier to work on. I'd have to say that they are both awesome trucks and I love my friends savage but my vote has to be for the maxx.
