Im not sure man, but the e-mail obviously sparked Richards interest. He responded really fast, and logged on here. I dont know who Losi CS is. I just want that phone call saying my truck is in stock.

So what you're saying is that LosiCS is a fraud and a liar?

So it's gonna be out next month? Well I just went out and bought a Wasp .21 for my Maxx since I thought that the LST wouldn't be out for a couple months. Oops.

Hehehe, so then LosiCS is a fake huh? Boy that's a bummer.
As far as the sales representative I have spoken to, her name is Lisa Pierce. Yes she is a customer sales representative at Horizon Hobby. If Richard wants to contest this, all he has to do is ask for her name. I hope I am not breaking any laws by providing her name in a public forum without her consent. But as you have it, I got all my information from her.
As far as the release date, if it is well befoer August, I suddenly became more elated! Hopefully when I am back from Lincoln Nebraska, my truck will be at my store, awaiting my grubby hands to tear open the box and start yanking on that pull-cord! YEEHAW!! LOL!
As far as that Wasp .21 is concerned, it isn't a big booboo! Just try it out in the Losi LST! I bet it would be killer! Hopefully it will not overheat from all that weight it has to lug.

The release date would be a lot sooner if it was a kit. BRING BACK KITS!!!!!
Now if we could only figure out what "before August" means........
July 31 is before August, is that what it means????
hhmmmmmmmm.....

LOL!! This thread is going ape with the release date!! HAHAHAHAHA!!
Fiddybucks: pull-cord is also another akanum I have learned to be associated with the pull-start.
Icenutz (interesting name I might add...): I agree, bring back kits! If Losi comes out with a Losi LST KIT, I will be uber peeved!! I may tear my Losi LST apart and rebuild it. I probably will anyways to loctite all the metal terminating screws.

Not Sure who LosiCS is. I've searched the Horizon database and he (Chris Deluza)is not an employee, nor is he affiliated with Team Losi. Although I can appreciate this guy offering to help, he is not authorized to answer questions.
On another note, I hope to have a better release date for everyone by next week. Thanks for your patience,

ok that makes 2 times now darnit. this time i copied before i submitted so lets see.
OK that was aggravating. My last post got erased before i could get it submitted due to retarded hotel wifi. Anyways, what that long message pertaqined to is basically, i'm really new to this, i just want a sturdy truck that will handle bashing and i can drive with my buddy's. How much you think it will cost me to get a reverse module for the lst and will maintenance on it be more costly then another truck? Also do new crystals for fm radios cost more then am? The wifey decided to go look and darn gucci purses and ones a lot more expensive then the coach one she wanted before for her birthday so i want to make sure that since i'm going to pay out the yang for a purse i don't want to not pay more for a vehicle that is going to require more maintenance costs and the such.

Revision: you're going off topic a bit here. I am afraid to answer your question since I already made the mistake of going off topic and getting my post removed.
Jefx: When I mentioned pulling on the rip-cord, I was just being silly.
Richard Trujillo: Thanks for the update. I don't care what they say about you! You're alright in my book! LOL!
I hope you can have an awesome release date for us next week. You will so rock!

Well slago, you've done it. This has got to be the most popular and huge forum ever created in history. The funny thing is that the forum is about a truck that isn't out yet. Somehow you guys keep finding something to talk about. I think it is awsome that as long as this forum has been around it has never been locked.

I was told Mid-July by the company I ordered the truck from. but honestly I think they're giving later dates than expected to keep eveyone from going postal on Team Losi. >
False hope is better than no hope. It should come sooner than later though.
I believe it all the be one big marketing ploy IMO.

Cost of crystals? Ummm...Yeah, buying 30 crystal sets can get expensive. Good thing LST has a synthesized radio that doesnt require the purchase of ANY crystals.
Hopefully we'll see the LST real soon.

I would be exstatic with another (couple??) video(s).
The pickings are pretty slim atm. The only LST vids I know of are:
Losi site one
us gas nationals
RCX interview
I would love to see some of the RCX demo footage of the LST cathing a supposed 20 ft of air if anyone shot it. Does anyone know of any other LST videos out there?
Rich: Someone said that the LST comes with a NMaH rechargeable reciever pack. Is this true? Do you have any other tidbits? Tuning DVD, tool set or anything else included like that?
