I keep in pretty good contact with the Losi team. Especially Richard. I'll be e-mailing him again tomorrow, and talking to my LHS as well. Everything i know has been posted here in this thread. The only thing we are waiting on is more trucks to arrive. Team Losi wants to fill all the first orders with the first shipment.

Ok, so no new news since we got the parts pics. Looks like Gil Losi put the brakes on any leaks. Anyone have any guess what's happening?

I bet the trucks are going to take longer then we think, because they would at least say they will be out in a month or something like that at this point. maybe they arn't happy with them yet, and they are still working out the production bugs.

And we all know that poeple on this board will bad mouth them if even a screw is loose.

That would be ridiculous if true. At this point, they could ship them out in their "ugly" box art and no one is going to care. Their first shipment is already spoken for, so they should just ship them out and fix the box for later shipments.

i went to my LHS today and he look at horizon to see of there was a Estimated time of arrival ETA for the LST and to our surprise there was a date the 3 july .

I think I will wait till september or so before I ask for my money back but after owning a tmaxx I have a hard time buying a revo.....

I has nothing to do with box art Sandman. Rich Trujullio has posted a few times (works for Losi) on the thread already. Read back a few pages. They are waiting for more to arrive so they can fill preorders.

Actually, I can second the scheduled release date of the Losi LST for July 3rd. I spoke with my store's sales rep and she confirmed it. However, she did mention it is tentative.

I seriously doubt the release date is delayed because of box art. I am very sure that the people at Team Losi know that we would rather have an ugly Huggies diaper box since we will be mainly concerned on the truck than the box. My boxes don't survive longer than the first day I get the R/C vehicle. However, my on-road car boxes always remained pristine!

Well, they arent responding to e-mail anymore. They've either been told to stop giving out information, or they have bad news they dont want to share. I really wish they would atleast give us a date. []

If they would just come out and give us a date, i would not have a problem waiting til July 3rd. However, thats all speculation at this point. I want this truck really bad, but im gonna be mad at myself if i pass up that Revo this week, or next, and that LST keeps getting delayed. Im beginning to wonder if my LHS was right all along. They told me they thought this would be released like the MGT. About 9 months to a year after announcement. Maybe they are right. And yes, im in a really negative mood today.

Well, you need to make a priorities list. Which is more important to you,

a. The Revo,
b. The LST,
c. Or getting a new truck ASAP?

A friend of mine says he just called Losi, and they told him 3 more weeks. However, its still not a reliable date. I guess we'll see it when its released. Whenever that may be.

I just got my issue of "Tork" from Horizon Hobby today. The LST is on the cover and there is a few pages about it inside. It also says "limited availability" under the listed price. They give no date on a release but they do list all the parts, these parts have also been on Horizon's web site for a few weeks. It certainly gets you excited. If you really want one you will wait and not make the wrong decision. The day is getting close.
