Default Tamiya Bruiser HELP

i just got a bruiser from ebay and i wont to know
wat r the best batteries for it
and wat wear's down or breaks first

Run a 2400 mah or higher 6 cell pack. The drive shafts will wear out first (the u-joints).
You can replace those and use Traxxas Stampede long slider shafts and the hardened joints.

If you drive the truck with respect and not abuse it it will run forever. I have been driving a Bruiser since 1990 off and on and that's all I have replaced besides add aftermarket tires
and aluminum wheels.
