bent revo pushrod, other probs..
well, i was pacing around the little grass section of my backyard (about 15 x 25ft) and as i was accelerating out of the a turn i over throttled and hit a PVC pipe sticken out of the ground, i hit it doing probably 20mph. it bent my left front pushrod pretty good (see below)
also, the next problem ive been having is whenever the truck is about to shift into 2nd it cuts out, anyone have an idea why? Also, when i accelerate hard it kind of boggs a little bit.
anyone have enough experience with the revo to know what the fix could be?
*the last pic is the pipe it hit

Nice pics. I cant wait to add one to my collection. Your performance problem sounds like tuning issues. Nothing more really. What are your running temps? Is your truck shifting early, or late when it cuts out?

it is tuning issues. well if it cuts out going high speeds, the hsn is to lean. but if you accelerate and its bogging down, your lsn may be too rich. you need to learn how to tune, its hard to tell you online, but its tuning issues.

Well if you have been tuning that long then you can do it alright. Check your temps and get a handle on the tuning of the truck and it should be fine. How long have you had the truck?

It'll take up to a gallon to get your engine completely broken in. At about that time your engine will really come alive too so just keep putting tanks through it and keep fine tuning your needles till it runs well. That's about all you can do.
It doesn't sound like anything is wrong with the engine, just settings.
