Default your dream truck

if you could go up to your favorite manufacturer, and have them build a custom monster truck just for you, what features would it have? how many speed tranny? what engine?, tires? shocks? tvp or flat chassis? what new and innovative features would it bring to the table? remember DREAM! (but keep it realistic.)

Since a savage would NEVER meet ANY of my performance features: Kyosho Mad Force or XTM X-Factor.

Mad Force:
OS .21 VZ engine
Motor Saver filter
Hub conversion for Tmaxx/emaxx wheels and tires
Tmaxx wheels (i could care less)
Proline Tmaxx tires (doesnt matter what kind)

Wow look at my list to make the Mad Force a dream truck, way shorter than a dream savage or even a Tmaxx. Note how the MadForce is also more durable... woot.

Hi

You did say new and innovative features didn’t you. Well I would start with a Savage and this is what I would want built in to it.

01. 3/8†thick 7075-T6 aluminum TVP with a 1 ½†extension
02. 3 speed tranny with the gears to the 3 speed made from solid Delrin
03. CVD’s front, rear, and center
04. 250cc fuel tank
05. Pro-Line Moab 40 series Tires
06. The 4 bevel gear diff kit front and rear
07. Trinity S27-R Sirio .27 Racer Monster engine
08. 3m.m. ***. Front, rear, and center skid plates
09. Aluminum Tranny case
10. Steal disk brake with semi metallic brake pads
11. Delrin spur gear
12. External Fuel filter
13. Aluminum servo saver steering bellcrank kit
14. ***. Turnbuckles, and hinge pins
15. Airtronics 94359Z Hi-Torque Servo (200 oz-in, 0.1s, BB, Metal Gear, Heat Sink Case)
16. JR XS3 3-Channel Synthesized 75Mhz Computer Radio System w/2 Servos
17. Mambo 40 Series Wheels
18. Reverse module

This is all I can think of for now.

Take a Savage 25 and double everything in size ... bullet proof those diffs and brakes ...Oh yes! and put in that 3 speed tranny.

Default RE: your dream truck

well i have two of them
one: a t-maxx that doesn't break . . . at all . . . lol lol and that comes with a .28 right in it
and
two: ok well u take tvp and insted of them arching they will be straight to lower the center of gravity the u put in three diffs with a super low gearing truggy like and lock the center and put torsen diffs in the front and the rear. engine would be either an rb or an sirio .28 monster. for shocks there are a couple choises one; lst shock mod or two; pro -line shocks that r long and r made for the savage. super thick plastic lower a-arms and either aluminum upper or graphic upper all around. there would be no transmission case because of the center diff and no radio box all the the electrontics would be mounted to the tvp's. over all the truck would be 8.9 pounds and have 3.5 hp and have a top speed of 48mph. it will have all that power but it will be all acceleration so it will be a monster on the track. the best thing about it it would be made by hpi.

Team Orion Wasp .28

MIP Front/Rear Shiny CVD

Lunsford Racing Titanium Turnbuckles

Lunsford Racing Titanium Pivot Balls

Lunsford Racing Titanium Hinge Pin Kit

And then go from there.

I think the savage is more durable than a mad force. Rtr, the savage is a dream truck. It would just be even better with custom made hop ups and etc.

Nuclear fusion powered truck. Am i too ahead of my time or what???

Or turbine powered! You ever heard those turbine powered RC helis!!? TALK ABOUT COOL! When they bring down the head speed, it sounds like a jet engine being turned off. So cool.

the savage and the mad force are too very different trucks. the mad force is a soild alxe and is less complicated than a savage. they are both good trucks though, and a mad force would be nice to have. i would like a savage with all alu parts and the lst shock mod. that would be nice!! even though i would like one of those that camra88 was think about, lol. oh and camra88 i used to live in falcon heights, MN. great town. we lived right by the u of m.

turbine powered, those sound so cool and are fast. They're just too expensive. they also weigh alot, I think around 20lb. That would be the best project in rc and also the hardest lol.

I'm sure it would be fast if you had one for each wheel
