Basically, I'm still in the breaking in process.

First time I tried the idle speed was way to high so I reset all the needle settings.
But now it wont turn on at all!
I put in the roto start and the wheels turn....(but hardly) and the engine wont start up...even after following all the correct procedures.
I checked the glow plug, and thats working, and I checked the engine isnt flooded and it isnt.

So....any ideas?

i had the same trouble, lean the low speed out a tiny bit(clockwise)

Tried it....still no luck....

Clockwise actually pushes it inwards...not outwards...
was this your desired affect?
