i hate wen ppl do that i know there durable because there was just a thread questioning the durablilty of the gs sut. i believe the question is wat ru smokin plus jake who would u trust me (who u know knows alot of things or some dude who from wat i can see doesnt even own a monster truck and only owns one truck and rc10gt) trust me the gs storm sut is about 75-85% stronger than ur tmaxx.

I have on and i cannot say it is durable at all. Mine just sheared off the other cvd.
So far I have broke both front cvd's and lost one of the pins out of the wheel extender.
Total run time is under 10 minutes. It may turn out to be okay, but for now I cannot recomend it.

The truck is a good racer, but it has its design flaws. If you were interested enough, you would go and look at the PDF file for that truck. Then you would see the flaw im referring to. First off, you need to decide what truck you are talking about. You want th RTR, or the Pro? The pro is more durable. The design flaw is in the lower arm braces. The truck, and the GS storm buggies do NOT tie the left and right suspension arms together like 99% of the other buggies. In the case of the RTR, there are 2 blocks holding the hinge pin for the lower arm. One for each side, and each is held in with 2 screws thru the chassis, into lock nuts. In the Pro kit you have the same design, but it uses a stronger piece there. Hits to the tires will take a serious toll on that mounting design. There is a fix for this floating around on EEBAY. The other problem i see is the body posts. They are held to the shock tower by ONE screw. And its a PT screw at that. A good screw kit with machine threads will help, but not cure that entirely. The truck is intended for a racer though, so dont expect it to take a bashing.

Yes, they are on Eebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...944235334&rd=1 It gets edited in that link for RCU i believe, but the link should say ebay in there. Or just go to eebay and type in GS storm.

They have the hot bodies sut type truck rtr from utimatehobbies.com for 350. something its rtr its along the same concept as the gs storm sut, and thats with shipping. Just for today!!

Bottom line is you'll have issues with all rc trucks to some extent, unless you just put them on a shelf and permanently park them. its just a fact of owning rc vehicles.

i'm not bashing any brands its just a fact, I own over 20 nitro rc vehicles to storm suts a red one and a black and gold pittsburgh steeler special
