Best Warranty HPI, Traxxas, or Losi?
I'm new to RCs. I was wondering of the 3 manufacturers listed above which has the best warranty and customer service dept? Thanks!

HPI, hmmm... i've never used their warranty services. Most my problems started when i added the XTM pro. They certainly wouldnt cover those issues. lol
Team Losi. well.... Bill hands out parts like candy on Halloween. You ask, you receive.
Traxxas. Well... If ever a company produced a near perfect truck, the revo is it. I have never needed to ask them for anything, or any assistance. I have been told their customer service is excellent though.

The couple times that I've had to deal with Traxxas, they were less than helpful. Everyone says they are great, but whatever.
I've never dealt with Losi, even though I own an LST. I've never needed to.

i've never delt with losi or hpi. but traxxas has always ben great the few times i've needed to deal with them. only busted 3 things on my trx1 in almost 14 years. but they always want to help however they can.

Traxxas was very generous when they sent out the EVX to the VX12 owners. Thankfully I bought my E-maxx with an EVX from the factory. However, some of my buddies said they were very pleased with te TRX service.

I have dealt with traxxas on several occasions and they were most helpful... They took care of some issues which I didn;t expect that they would... I dealt with Hpi several times and they were ok, nothing memorable... No Losi experience....

,i justed talked to them the guy was nice put me on hold twice to find stuff out,i didn't mind,he's really helpful he's new to his name is vincent,nice guy keep up the good work
