Default Glowplugs for SH28?

What glow plugs are you guys running in your SH28s? What are the best options? I've been into nitro rc for a while but never really understood too much about glow plugs. I just stocked up on what was recommended and never had any trouble.

Thanks for the help,
Shawn

os plugs are too short for sh engines.... The SH guys recommend Racers Edge plugs because they are made by SH... but I would use O'donnell plugs out of personal preference.... they last forever and a good for performance.... note, make sure you order long plugs not short like OS...

Dude not only does XTM or SH not recommend Racer's Edge, they recommend ThunderBolt #3's which are hots.

I have had nothing but the best luck with Os #8's or OS A3's. They may be short but they work real well.

If you had any idea what you were talking about, you would shut up before you even opened up your damn mouth...

Mikey and Ray Sharwin, the only current sponsored drivers using SH engines in the United States both said that SH recommends them to use Racers Edge plugs... Now don't you think that they, who are affiliated with SH would know more about SH and what SH thinks than you?!?!?

And OS plugs are crap... They hardly last for any period of time and THEY ARE TOO SHORT FOR THE SH .28!!!!!

Since killer89 thinks he knows his crap...he might want to check it...

Mikey Sharvin on the XTM forum states and I quote: "to tell you the truth i dont know anything about monster trucks or the .28 motor"

And for more proof a direct link: http://globalservices.globalhobby.co...pic.php?t=9444

...I even PM'ed him about the SH 28 and his reply was he was still unfamiliar with the SH .28 engine...that was less than 1 full week ago

Pretty much most users of the SH 28 on Savage central say the OS #8 works best. I must have heard this from at least 10+ users.
And the McCoy MC-59 is also a recommended plug, especially for break in's.

So I have no idea what the hell killer waffler 89 is talking about.
