Default Best Monster Truck

I am going to buy a monster truck. Since I have limited funds, I am looking to spend under $500. I want to get into racing it so I want something pretty fast. Thanks for your input.

Ahh yes.. The "baddest monster truck" would have to be:
THE DISCOMBOBULATOR!!!!

It is a mix between a T-maxx, E-maxx, S-maxx, Revo, Savage 25, Savage SS, CEN Genesis, AE MGT, LST, Tamiya TNX, Giga Crusher, Mega Force, Twin Force, and a Raptor.

It was one hell of a copyright.....

for racing, the revo would be best. very easy to hop up, fast, basically a beefed up stadium truck.

shutup dude hell do what he wants and anyways if you want to race get a tnx it is pry a better racer than the revo imo but just change the tires rims and get new shocks and man that thing is a top noch racer
there is a guy that has a pretty much all stock tnx and he wins some big races and he races for tamiya
thats what i would get because if you add up the new shocks tires and rims you got a revo because the tnx is cheaper about 400 and the revo is 470

If you don't have the scratch to get an LST, I'd say the Savage or the Revo in that order. Both of them are a bit anorexic on power, but otherwise are good trucks.

There are so many good trucks out there, and all of them need a little help becoming hardcore racers, if you're new I really recommend going to the local track and seeing what the fast guys run - talk to the other racers, find out who's nice and who isn't and go with a truck the good guys can help you with. Racing and R/C in general are meant to be lots of fun - find like-minded ppl who are there for the enjoyment and comraderie of racing and take advice from them.

Let me enlighten you about something. At some point, everyone getting into this sport is a newbie. Even you had to start sometime. I ask questions on this forum to get info from people that are more knowledgeable than I am. If you are not interested in helping someone, which I thought this is what this forum is about, than maybe you should refrain from answering. It is better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool, than to open it and end all doubt. You either want to help or not. You decide. Thanks.
