i was using my tnx when the thottle stuck open,it,s fitted with a failsafe so can,t understand why,turn on the truck it,s fine then turn on the radio gear the thottle servo opens up full??????what,s wrong

maybe your trim is up

turn the radio and car on and play with the trim on the remote. it might get fixed

checked the trim made no difference

if you hit reverse will it do anything?

havn,t got reverse...but if i keep the brake on the servo returns to idle speed but as soon as i let go it revs straight up again

mmmmm i dont know. you could unplug the servo and try to clean the connecters. the recever might be messed up.

If you can operate the throttle with your fingers than that eliminates the idle speed holding it open theory. Maybe you have you're servo reversed. If you can't find out what the problem is I'd just unscew the servo gorn and put it back on to where the throttle is set correctly.

its the servo reversing, happened on mine. there is usually a button on the TX and you want it the other way than wot it is at the mo.

try to reset your failsafe maybe it lost it's settings

if its closing when u hit the brakes then its the servo reversing cause its working backwards
