tmaxx tranny

its slipping and the spur gears all the way tight. took it apart and couldnt find nothing wrong. doing it in reverse as well as forward

whats the deal here? help please

I would check your diffs. If the tranny is ok, its either your diffs, or your clutch. Check the clutch also.
