Default Can fuel go bad?

My friend has had a galleon of fuel sitting in his garage for almost a year, the jug is un-opened and was sitting off the concrete, would this fuel still be good???
OH>>>> its also 20% "Xtra Performance"
Thanks,
Braden

well it shouldn't go bad unless its been open for that year then it would probably turn in to gell it happened to me except it was in my trucks gas tank lol that was stupid O and you should be able to tell because it will start to turn brown after a while so check but it shouldn't go old after a year with its seal on................cya [8D]

Metal or plastic jug? if plastic it MAY be OK... in a metal can I'd be very surprised if you'd notice any difference between it and a new off the shelf gallon... either way give it a good shake before you try it... the absolute worst that can happen is your engine won't start or will run with diminished power. nitro fuel can last a LONG time unopened in a metal can.

"could it"

NO! absolutely not... never gona happen... no way no how the only thing shaking will do is mix the oil, methanol and nitro back up IF it's separated much in the first place.

Well, "glow fuel" is mainly methanol, so it's fairly combustible, however, it is easily extinguished, much easier than gasoline or similar fuel.
