I am wanting to get an LST, but i have heard soo many bad things about that mach .26. Theres the washer problem, now i'm hearing things about the con rods! I would just get a new engine, but since the LST is freakin 600 bucks, i wont have any extra cash after the purchase. Am i better off with a REVO?

well theres always some problem in any car, i think with the lst thats the problem.

if you are getting the lst, get this, secondary gear cover, aluminum diff case, new arms, and you are ready to go

ok, i wrote all those parts down. Thank you for helping me decide on the LST. cant wait to get it next month. Oh and 1 more thing, will the HPI Hump Pack work in the LST? will it fit in the case? i have a 5 cell hump pack under the gas tank. it fits. Only thing is if you wanna go to a higher capacity tank you will have to throw out the hump and get a flat pack and put that under the chassis.

Don't worry about it. If (and that's a big IF) you have an engine problem, Losi and/or Horizon will be more than willing to replace it for you.

That pack that you linked will fit under the fuel tank with a little elbow grease.

yeah, dont worry about the conrod problem, as jefx said horizon will replace the engine in case that happens, i bought my lst knowing the problems that it has breaking conrods and i know that if that happens horizon will replace it because its not my fault, its a factory defect. i live in bolivia so i am still thinking of what i am going to do if my engine conrod breaks, hopefully horizon will tell me to send it directly from here and if they say that they cant accept that, then i will search for another solution.
