Desperately, very desperately looking for a Toyota Tacoma x-tra Cab 4x4 pick-up RC truck gas or electric. Does anyone know if there is any company out there that produces a model of the Toyota Tacoma?

Are you asking for a scale copy of a Toyota, or for the body to go on any of the trucks avlb. ?
Goto towers site and look and see, I don't know of that body being made, but I never looked for one either. If you were talking about a real scale copy of any production truck, I'm not aware of it even being attempted by any company. Get a body and throw it on a tmaxx or something.
