Looks rediculous and is against the rules in every racing class...but if you think its cool...ok.

I run those same adapters with HPI Nubz tires/wheels in my Racing class.

wow, i bet its so much more responsive on the throtle now and probably manuvers better too? this may be an idea for my .15pro maxx i'm wanting to reconstruct. what did this do for the trucks performance. i would like to find a way of being fast and nimble with a cheap drivetrain for this truck.

it is kind of odd looking but i think it would grow on ya. i like the way you've got it set up, body and all. how does it handle? i bet it is pretty snappy on take off.

good idea for something different.[8D]

I was of the same opinion. No offense.

I just think it looks like a jacked up 4X4... with lowrider wheels/tires on it... just... looks funny. (my friend did that in highschool... took his 87 Toyota 4-runner that was lifted 3"... bought new rims... but before he could get new tires on the rims, he had to drive it to school... he had low rider "G" tires on a jacked up 4X4... that was a funny day... LOL)

LOL... like I care... I'm tired of beating it in his head ... I've said my piece.... I don't care to argue with a kid.. I'll respect his wishes and stay out of it... it's the "adult" thing to do, right? I do think it's funny that he wanted "other" people's input... and it's the same as mine... does give me a giggle... oh well, he doesn't have the money to buy one right now, anyways... so, we'll probably keep seeing "tell me about this truck... " and "what's the best truck that doesn't have a 2 speed, and goes 100MPH..." Anyways.... sorry for going off-topic here... but, I figured an off-topic thread titled "ilikenitrocars don't read this" would be inappropriate.

I knew a guy that did that on his tmaxx and off the line it was a monster and had amazing exit speed out of corners and won every race, but eventually they wouldn't let him run anymore. Top speed suffers but that would not matter at most tracks.

The XLB tires are the height of Revo Panthers, narrower though. The only problem I can see is they are not a great tread design and a harder compound...Bashing prolly a cool set up though.
