Default JUST GOT MY NEW MAXX 3.3; COULDN'T RESIST!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the repost guys but it's 2:30 AM and I can't sleep. I can't believe I have a 3.3 in the garage waiting for my attention.

I have a Revo but the power annoys me.

The handling is awesome but I need more power.

I get to the hobby store and I there are no 3.3 motors in stock. But on the shelf, nicely wrapped ina box is the new T Maxx 3.3s.

I tell myself, I really do need two MTs just in case one breaks.

So I bought and I am one happy guy!!!!!!!!!!

YIPPPPPPPPPPIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

I am 28 yrs old but I feel like a kid at a candy store.

UPDATE!!

My Maxx 3.3 is officially broken in.

The EZ Start was a a pain at first becuase the motor was so tight and sealed.

The cure: Dropped some ARO in spun the motor without a plug in it to loosen it up.

Talk about a tight fit.

The car bogged at high RPM so I increased the high speed and lowered the low speed.

The VERDICT: My Maxx if a freakin' beast right out of the box.

PS: My friend just bought a Sirio .23 two weeks agofor about $300 into his Maxx. I was amazed but I can't to see how my 3.3 does against his.

Here are some pics:

I call it: THE OFFROAD BASHING BRIGADE!!!!!!!

EZYDUZIT, Can I have it?

UPDATE!!::

Last night, everyone's jaw dropped when they saw my 3.3.

The drive shaft cup twisted and I lost rear power. I think because it was wheelying to much.

I better put the wheelie bar all the way down because it's just flying.

Finished breaking in the Tmaxx 3.3, and I can say it was the easiest and very fun, compared to the Warhead, no problems whatsoever. I had it wheelieing at the end of break in. I blew one glow plug, but I blew six breaking in the Warhead. Warhead spur gear shot after break in, also shock tower broke during this same time. Tmaxx 3.3 nothing at all is broken, and all is good in the world.

Okay, I did notice a slight wobble on the right rear Axel, would that mean it is bent, or is something out of align? Not sure but it does rub on the shock a little, I did take a tumble or two breaking it in, but I would not of thought it would bend an Axel. Any thoughts?

same thing happend to mine, u wont BEND the plastic axles, u can twist them, but they wont bend. You bent your shock post, i did the same thing on my 3.3 maxx. Just take the shock apart and try to get the post straight as you can, and it wont rub anymore.

On my old Maxx, I did the same thing.

I used plyers to straighten them. Did you hit something with the side of your truck?

Hey, I did not run into anything, just cartwheeled a couple of times. The shock is straight, so must be something else causing the wobble in the right rear. I ordered new axles, cause I just don't know what happened to it. Still runs fine, and wheelies like Evel Knievel!! The speed is scary on this thing, gonna take time to get used to this much power.
