Hi, I already have a radio system so I was looking for a Monster truck to put it in.

I had short listed the HPI Savage SS, but I've been offered a used Thunder Tiger EK-4 without electronics (but with engine) for about USD$250.

Is this a good truck worth buying?

Also, I know it's only a single speed; does anyone make a 2 speed upgrade (and also preferably with reverse) for this truck?

Any views, thoughts or comments would be very much appreciated!
