Who has had glow plugs fail?
I remember using a lot of OS A5's and they perform faithfully in all my old trucks. I had used a McCoy MC-59 in my OS .18 and it worked good, no problems. I figured the much more expensive OS #8 plug would handle the engine better, so I swapped out the McCoy for the 8. I ran a couple runs on the track and then it stalled. After failed restarts I found out that the glow plug element broke off ruined the engine. The engine was set a little rich. Anyone have any plugs go like this?
