Personally, I think it looks strange, but you never know performance until a review comes up or you get it for yourself. I'm gonna wait until someone gets it and puts up a review.

"Looks" like it might be a nice entry level ride. If parts support is sufficient, it might be a good way to introduce somebody into the hobby. Definitely a Savage clone on a smaller scale though. I guess we shall see if it's decent when some reviews pop up.

Isn't a .25 quite a big engine for a 1/10th ? Even the new Traxxas engine is only a .20

Good trucks don't have to cost 400 + My cen Mt2 was 249.00 and i love that truck for durability, and fun. Its also very fast. Look at the TNX, its priced real nice, and is a real screamer and a handler, I'll take it over my 400+ revo any day.
Like others have said lets just wait and see

Here in Germany this thing is called "track-sau(track-pig)".
I´ve seen a vid and it is f***ing fast and a wheely-machine as it´s best.
It hasn´t much features, but where isn´t much, there cannot break much.
It seems very durable so.
The only prob here in Germany is, that they want 400€(~510$) for it...

Not to upset anyon ebut i think it looks cheap. I would spend another 70 dollars and get a mgt 4.6 at ultimatehobbies.com. The mgt is a great competitor. But i admit i was surprised at the wheelie action.

I just got off the phone with my best freind that works at tower and he works in the design part of tower and he told me eveything about this truck!
1. Hpi/HotBodies Helped make the truck.
2. The engine design was helped with OS.
3. Those 19mm hexes came from hotbodies part of the truck, as well as the, bumbers, Wheels and tires, 19mm Hex's, Shocks.
4. Hpi Did the rest.
5. Tower helped with the body and other stuff.

That's interesting. It really does look just like the Zircon MT made by Flying Point Enterprises, except for a few details. I like it... I'm not sure WHY, but I do. The idea of an 8 pound MT that utilizes the TVP chassis design and comes equipped with a .25 big block sounds nice. I would like to make some extended TVPs for one and then drop it down on some HPI Nubs. You know that thing would be fun at the track after you got it dialed in.
I can only see one problem... where on earth would you find parts for something like that?
