Warhead help PLEASE! Won't shift to 2nd gear
I broke the pull starter on my Warhead yesterday. After replacing it, I had a hard time tightening the engine screws down, but I thought I did a good enough job. When I ran it today, the screws came loose. Two of them fell out and the engine started shaking, which caused the gears to come out of alignment. I put the 4 screws back in, but now the truck won't shift to 2nd gear. It just accelerates and then revs high in 1st. Is this going to be a major repair? What is the cause of this, and how can I fix it? If anyone can help me get it to shift to 2nd gear again, I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Pull the tranny and check the screws and the 2nd gear clutch. It sounds like the 2nd gear clutch grub screw might have worked lose or even fell out.
