Default noobie looking for help

Hey,
im 16 and with a job. i have about 600 bucks to spend on a r/c vehicle. i was looking towards buying a monster truck. something that can go thru the grass and gravel with not a problem. im fairly new to this hobby but my best friend has been doing it for years. what truck would any of you reccomend for me? i dont want to just spend my starting 600 dollars on the truck. mabye less and spend the rest of the money on "hopping up" the truck or getting better parts. thanks alot

I would recommmend a Savage. You can get one for around $420. I would add a MotorSaver airfilter (~$20). And a different exhaust pipe (~$50). That's all you need for some serious fun.

Default SAVAGE21

dude i would go with the savage best bang for the buck it u ask me for 1/8 scale if u want a truck that is fast after the whole wheelie thing go with the thunder tiger if u want a smaller truck that pulls wheelies go with the tmaxx but the choice is up to u the tmaxx is only good for spending money on but it is an ok truck if u get the 2.5 the savage is almost bullet proof if u ask me but if u have the money and want a seriouly powerful truck get the thunder tiger ek4 but i got the savage and im still waiting for its arival hhahahah CANT WAIT MUCH LONGER!!!
