RE: new question about my shocks

RE: new question about my shocks
idk well it seems to work hella good i was just wondering if it bad for the shalk but it works good because my car was like not going back up all the way like after i puch it down so i took out the oil in one so it had less resistance and put 70 in the other so it had more resistance so it wouldnt bottom out..

RE: new question about my shocks
You want the shock to be full with oil. If you fill it up correctly, it will rebound about halfway when the shaft is pushed in with the spring is off. Thinner shock oil allows faster movement of the shaft up and down, thicker oil slows the reaction. Adjusting the preload changes the ride height- so that it won't sit too low after taking a jump. Hope that helps!
