glow plug threads...
I dont know how, but the threads that hold the glow plugs in the engine stripped and no longer hold the glowplug in the engine. Is there a way to fix this or is it basically mean i need a new engine? I have the Super Tigre 4.4 engine(POS that comes in warheads).

I dont think that there is a way of fixing it, so you'd need to get either a whole new head or just the head button ( dont know of it has a 2 or 1-piece head)
edit: Just checked the parts list, youd need a DTXG0574 head button. Take off the head, take out the old button, and put the new one in - make sure no shims have fallen out.

It is cheaper to replace the head button, but you could also use a heli-coil in the old one after you get the new one installed. the heli-coil kit will run you about 30-40 US for the kit, but you would have a spare head button if (and when) you need one. then just replace the coils as they wear.

I ordered it for like $23 dollars shipped ($25canadian) and hopefully it gets here soon, I took the old one off and WOW, no threads left :P. I want it fast as my dad is getting an electric truck to bash with me in 3 weeks .
