Is it possible to make a Savage do wheelies with the stock engine, with the addition of thicker shock oils and pipe, different gears. Is it possible?

I have read on other boards that it is true. Change the shock oil, use a good air filter (motorsaver,RB, etc..), Good tuned pipe, properly tuned, and of course the 3-shoe cluth mod. Then you will be wheelieing with a stock motor. Good luck, I've got everything but the 3-shoe clutch (tried the Hot Bodies HD clutch shoes - helps a little, but no wheelies) Pull a wheelie for me

I just got my Savage this weekend and was running it in my back yard and got it to do wheelies all over the place and it's bone stock. Of course, my yard is in desperate need of it's first mowing of the season, but it was doing the same in the front yard which has been mowed recently. Even got a couple of wheelies on the street in front of my house.

No, I'm not going up hill and I have the high end needle set at about 3 turns out and the low and middle are still set at factory. I'm really starting to like this truck (now that I can get the beast started on a fairly regular basis). The only thing I don't like is that the tires are to soft. it tries to roll too much in high speed turns, especially on grass.
